Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Policy
金沙体育-官方入口_apple app store-(中国)体育学院 Nazarene University is committed to maintaining work, learning, and living environment that is free from sex discrimination and does not engage in or tolerate discrimination on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities, including retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims of sex discrimination.
The university is also committed to providing a work, learning, and living environment that is free of sexual harassment, including retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims of sex harassment.
In support of these commitments, 金沙体育-官方入口_apple app store-(中国)体育学院 Nazarene University responds to allegations of discrimination on the basis of sex and sexual harassment, including sexual misconduct and relationship violence, through one of two processes:
- Allegations that meet the threshold of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. §1681 et seq., as updated in May 2020 ("Title IX"), specifically allegations of sexual harassment and sexual misconduct that occurred on 金沙体育-官方入口_apple app store-(中国)体育学院 Nazarene University owned or managed property or at a 金沙体育-官方入口_apple app store-(中国)体育学院 Nazarene University sponsored event, in the United States of America will follow the protocols outlined in the Title IX Policy.
- Allegations that do not meet the Title IX threshold, but nevertheless may violate the University policy, are responded to using the procedures outlined in the Undergraduate Handbook, Graduate Handbook, Staff Handbook, and Faculty Handbook.
